General Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the terms of use of the services provided by szemelyikolcson.hu — hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider” — relating to the download of a free e-book and the booking of the related free online consultation.
A contract is concluded between the Service Provider and the user — hereinafter referred to as the “User” — when the relevant service is requested.
2. Description of the Service
Free consultation: A short online consultation — via video call or telephone — which may take place after the User submits their request and the Service Provider contacts them. The details of the free consultation, including its duration and conditions, are determined by the Service Provider.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded when the User completes and submits the form — the download form. The Service Provider sends confirmation of the request by e-mail.
4. Fees and Payment
The consultation service is free of charge.
5. Cancellation and Modification
The consultation appointment agreed after the initial contact may be cancelled at any time without consequences.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or cancel an appointment for previously agreed reasons. In such cases, the Service Provider will offer a new appointment.
6. Liability and Limitation of Liability of the Service Provider
The Service Provider provides the service with the greatest possible care; however, the consultation shall not be considered a substitute for the sale or arrangement of a financial product.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the consultation will produce financial results under all circumstances. The proposed solutions are intended to provide general information.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for consequences arising from the User’s individual decisions, provided that the Service Provider has not acted negligently.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The texts, images and all other content are the property of the Service Provider or its authorised partners.
The content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, distributing or publicly publishing the content without the prior written permission of the Service Provider is prohibited.
8. Data Protection
In addition to these General Terms and Conditions, data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. By completing the form, the User consents to the processing of their personal data. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Complaint Handling
In the event of a complaint, the User should first notify the Service Provider of the issue using the contact details provided above.
Where justified, the consumer may also submit a complaint to the consumer protection authority or other competent bodies.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
This contract is governed by Hungarian law.
The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes amicably. In the event of a legal dispute, the Hungarian courts shall have jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
The Service Provider is entitled to amend these General Terms and Conditions. Amendments enter into force upon publication on the website.
